Description

The DYMO Rhino 4200 is a thermal-transfer label printer with a computer-style QWERTY keyboard layout designed for fast, professional labelling. It prints industrial-strength labels in widths up to 19 mm on materials such as flexible nylon, permanent polyester and durable vinyl, and can also print directly on heat-shrink tubes. The unit features an LCD display, integrated rubber bumpers and runs on 6 AA batteries or an optional quick-charge lithium-ion battery (sold separately).

The Rhino 4200 offers one-touch “Hot Key” shortcuts for creating and formatting wire and cable wraps, flags, Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes, fixed-length and module labels, plus a pre-programmed library of 150 symbols and terms relevant to security, electrical, pro A/V and facilities management. Dedicated “Favorites” and “Custom” keys speed repetitive work by providing single-key access to commonly used labels and saved settings. How to use

Turn on the printer and use the QWERTY keyboard to enter text. Use the Hot Key shortcuts to select label formats such as wire wraps, flags or barcodes and adjust formatting options on the LCD. Use the “Favorites” key to load frequently used labels and the “Custom” key to recall saved formatting and length settings. The device autosaves current work and will power off automatically to conserve battery when idle.
