The DYMO Rhino™ 4200 is a handheld label printer designed for efficient on-site labelling, compatible with multiple label materials and able to print directly on heat-shrink tubes. It features a familiar QWERTY keyboard and one-touch shortcut keys to simplify creation and formatting of wire/cable wraps, flags, barcodes (Code 39 and Code 128), fixed-length and module labels. The printer supports label widths up to 19 mm and works with flexible nylon, permanent polyester and durable vinyl tapes.

How to use

Power on the unit, load an appropriate tape cassette (nylon, polyester or vinyl) up to 19 mm wide, and use the QWERTY keyboard to enter text. Press dedicated “Hot Key” shortcuts to apply common formats such as wire/cable wraps, flags or barcodes. Use the “Favorites” key to insert frequently used items quickly and the “Custom” key to recall saved formatting and print settings. For heat-shrink tubes, load a compatible tube cassette and select the heat-shrink printing mode before printing.
