S5 active cooler designed for Intel® Sapphire Rapids processors with FCLGA 4677 socket. It is intended for use in servers from 2U height and above, providing up to 350 watts of CPU heat dissipation. The cooler features an aluminum fin stack with five embedded heat pipes and a side-blow fan with PWM control.

Advantages

The S5 supports high TDP processors up to 350 W while fitting 2U and larger server chassis. Its aluminum fin stack combined with five heat pipes improves thermal transfer, and the PWM-controlled side-blow fan allows dynamic speed adjustment to balance cooling performance and acoustics. The design is compatible with Intel® Sapphire Rapids on socket FCLGA 4677.
