Coaxial Cable e+p AB 301 G 1.5 m

The e+p AB 301 G coaxial cable with a length of 1.5 meters is designed for reliable signal transmission in TV and radio installations. Equipped with coax connectors on both ends, specifically a coax plug and a coax jack, this high-grade absorber connection cable ensures minimal signal loss and high-quality performance. It features gold-plated contacts and a double-shielded design with a screening factor of over 95 dB, making it particularly suitable for wide-band cable networks and digital-capable setups.

Advantages

This coaxial cable provides exceptional signal integrity thanks to its double shielding and screening of over 95 dB, which effectively minimizes outside interference. The inclusion of ferrite cores on both sides helps suppress unwanted electromagnetic interference for a cleaner signal. Gold-plated contacts ensure a durable, corrosion-resistant connection and optimal signal transfer over time. With a 75-ohm impedance and DIN 45 325 compliance, it is fully equipped to handle digital signals and wide-band requirements seamlessly.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV and radio devices in home entertainment systems
• Wide-band cable installations requiring high screening effectiveness
• Digital-capable antenna and receiver setups
• Replacing standard or worn-out absorber connection cables

When it may not be suitable

This cable is not designed for satellite dish installations that require F-type screw connectors, as it features standard coaxial plug and jack interfaces. Additionally, the 1.5-meter length may be insufficient for setups where devices are placed far apart.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: Coax plug to coax jack (Male/Female)
• Screening: > 95 dB
• Impedance: 75 ohms
• Standard: DIN 45 325
• Shielding: Double shielded with ferrites on both sides
• Contact finish: Gold-plated

How to use

To use the e+p AB 301 G coaxial cable, ensure that your equipment is powered off before making connections. Insert the coax plug into the corresponding output port on your wall outlet or signal source, and connect the coax jack to the input port of your television, radio, or receiver. Push the connectors straight and firmly into place to secure a stable connection and avoid loose contacts.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your devices use standard coaxial plug and jack connections rather than threaded F-connectors
• Measure the distance between your devices to ensure the 1.5-meter length is adequate
• Check if your installation benefits from double-shielded cables with ferrite suppression

Usage recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from power cords and heavy electrical appliances to minimize potential electromagnetic interference. Avoid sharp bends or kinks during installation to preserve the integrity of the internal shielding.
