How to use

Unroll the mat and open the Easy Valve to allow the mat to self-inflate; this takes a few minutes depending on ambient temperature. For firmer support, add a few breaths through the valve, then close the valve tightly to retain air. To pack, open the valve and roll the mat from the end toward the valve to expel air, then fold or roll to the packed size and store it in the transport bag.
