How to use

Unroll the mat on a clean, dry surface and open the valve to allow air to fill the foam core; the mat will self-inflate to most of its thickness. For firmer support, add a few breaths through the valve until the desired firmness is reached, then close the valve. To pack the mat, open the valve, roll the mat tightly from the end opposite the valve to expel air, close the valve when rolled, and secure with straps or the supplied storage bag.
