The Eaton HotSwap MBP series provides maintenance bypass functionality for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) up to 3 kVA, allowing UPS units to be replaced or upgraded without interrupting power to connected equipment. These 2U power distribution units (PDUs) feature an IEC16A input with retaining clip for broad compatibility and are available with a variety of output connectors (French, British, IEC sockets or hard-wired terminal blocks). HotSwap MBP units can be mounted on the back, side, top of a UPS or in a rack (horizontally as 1.5U or vertically), and can also be attached to the rear of compatible Eaton Pulsar UPS models in multiple orientations.
