The EDA 19637 G.BT square plastic parasol stand with wheels for water or sand filling and UV resistance is a practical accessory designed to keep your outdoor umbrella securely in place. Crafted from durable plastic materials, this square parasol base is engineered to withstand outdoor conditions. It features integrated wheels that allow for easy mobility and repositioning across your patio, garden, or balcony without requiring heavy lifting.

Advantages

This parasol stand offers reliable stability once filled with heavy materials, effectively preventing umbrellas from tipping over in breezy weather. The integration of transport wheels ensures that moving the weighted base is convenient and straightforward. Additionally, the construction includes UV-resistant properties, helping the plastic material maintain its integrity and appearance when exposed to direct sunlight over extended periods. The neutral design blends seamlessly with various outdoor furniture and garden decors.

Suitable for

• Securing patio and garden umbrellas on balconies
• Providing stable support for outdoor shading in backyards
• Creating shaded seating areas in commercial café terraces
• Temporary sun protection setups near swimming pools

When it may not be suitable

This parasol stand may not be suitable if you require a permanently fixed or heavy-duty cast iron base for extremely large commercial umbrellas. It is also not ideal for users who prefer a completely lightweight stand that can be stored empty without taking up floor space.

Key specifications

• Square shape design
• Made of durable plastic
• Equipped with integrated wheels for mobility
• Designed to be filled with water or sand
• UV-resistant outdoor finish

How to use

Place the empty parasol stand in your desired outdoor location. Remove the filling cap and fill the base with water or sand to achieve the necessary weight and stability. Insert the parasol pole into the central opening and tighten any securing mechanisms to hold the umbrella firmly in place. When you need to relocate the stand, tilt it slightly onto its integrated wheels and roll it smoothly across a flat surface.

What to consider before purchase

• Check the diameter of your parasol pole to ensure compatibility with the stand opening
• Consider whether you prefer filling the base with water for easy emptying or sand for maximum weight
• Measure your available outdoor space to ensure the square footprint fits your area

For optimal stability and longevity, empty the water from the base if freezing temperatures are expected during winter months, and store the stand in a sheltered area when not in use for extended periods.
