How to use

Connect the plug nipple to a suitable compressed-air hose from a compressor capable of delivering the recommended working pressure. Fit an abrasive pad to the Ø50 mm sanding disc and secure it with the supplied clamping wrench. Set the compressor to provide 6.3 bar and ensure adequate air supply at approximately 113 l/min. Hold the tool by the softgrip handle, position the rotating disc on the work surface and apply light, even pressure while moving the tool across the area to avoid over-sanding. After use, disconnect the air supply and store the tool and accessories in a dry place.

Usage recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly and progressively work through finer grits to achieve a smooth finish. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask when sanding.
