Angle Grinder Einhell TC-AG 115
The Einhell TC-AG 115 angle grinder is a lightweight, compact tool designed for cutting, grinding and roughing tasks in the garden, workshop and garage. It is powered by a 500 W motor with a no-load speed up to 12,000 rpm and accepts grinding discs with a diameter of 115 mm. The grinder features a flat metal gear head for reliable power transmission in tight spaces, a disc guard for increased safety, a spindle lock for quick tool changes, an adjustable auxiliary handle with two positions and a supplied flange nut wrench. The unit weighs 1.81 kg and runs on 230 V AC.
The compact and lightweight construction (1.81 kg) makes the TC-AG 115 easy to handle for extended tasks. The robust, flat metal gear head improves access in confined areas and ensures efficient power transfer. Safety features include a disc guard and spindle lock for safe operation and fast accessory changes. The adjustable two-position auxiliary handle provides ergonomic control, and the included flange nut wrench simplifies wheel replacement.
Fit the appropriate 115 mm disc for the task and secure it using the supplied flange nut wrench. Connect the angle grinder to a 230 V supply, hold it firmly with both hands using the main and auxiliary handles, and switch it on. Allow the motor to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece and maintain steady, controlled movements while grinding or cutting. Use the spindle lock to change discs only after the machine is switched off and unplugged.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, gloves and dust mask), choose the correct disc type for metal, masonry or stone, and ensure the disc guard is correctly positioned. Avoid excessive side pressure on cutting discs and let the tool do the work to prolong disc and motor life.
