How to use

Before use, fit an appropriate 115 mm grinding or cutting disc and secure the wheel guard to the required position using the no-tool quick-adjust facility. Connect the grinder to a 230 V supply and hold it with both hands using the main and auxiliary handles; position the auxiliary handle in one of the three available mounting points for best control. Use the spindle stop to lock the disc when changing accessories. Operate the tool at full speed before contacting the workpiece and keep a steady, controlled feed while cutting or grinding. After work, switch off and allow the disc to stop completely before setting the grinder down or storing it with the cable wound and secured by the cable clip.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and a dust mask) and select discs rated for the grinder's maximum speed. Ensure the workpiece is properly secured and avoid side-loading cutting discs. Regularly check accessories and the guard for damage and replace worn discs.
