The Einhell Professional Cordless Impact Drill TP-CD 18/80 Li-i BL - Solo is a compact, pistol-grip impact drill in the Power X-Change system. It is powered by an 18 V brushless Einhell PurePOWER motor which provides higher efficiency and longer runtime compared with brushed motors; the brushless motor carries a 10-year warranty after online registration. The tool is supplied without battery and charger; any 18 V Power X-Change battery and charger can be used.

Advantages

The brushless motor delivers increased power and extended running time while reducing maintenance needs. A 2-speed gearbox enables powerful screwing and fast impact drilling with up to 8,000 impacts/min in first gear and up to 28,800 impacts/min in second gear. The drill has a maximum torque of 80 Nm, adjustable across 20 torque settings, and an electronic speed control for application- and material-appropriate operation. A metal single-sleeve 13 mm keyless chuck with locking function and quick-stop allows fast bit changes. Additional features include an impact drilling mode for masonry and concrete, an adjustable auxiliary handle with Softgrip, an integrated LED work light, and a belt clip for temporary storage.

How to use

Fit a compatible 18 V Power X-Change battery and select the required operating mode (drill or hammer drill) using the mode selector. Choose the appropriate gear for the task: use first gear for high torque screwing and second gear for high-speed drilling. Adjust the torque setting to prevent overdriving screws. Start drilling with steady pressure and allow the brushless motor to work at the selected speed; use the impact mode for masonry or concrete. Use the auxiliary handle and Softgrip for improved control and switch on the LED light when visibility is limited. After use, engage the quick-stop and remove the bit using the single-sleeve chuck.

Usage recommendations
