How to use

Slide the compression ring and O-ring assembly onto the end of the prepared 16 mm hard tube, then insert the tube onto the barb until it seats fully. Thread the fitting into the component or adapter with G1/4 port and tighten to a secure hand-fit; final tightening and compression of the gasket is achieved by turning the compression ring. Best practice is to use a 9 mm Allen key for controlled tightening of the ring to compress the rubber gasket evenly and avoid over-torquing. Verify sealing by performing a leak test at low pressure before restoring full system operation.
