It features a matt black surface coating, six 6 mm heat pipes, a large asymmetrical heatsink and an aerodynamically optimised fin design. With its 12 cm JetStream fan (94 m³/h airflow, 1.74 mmH2O static pressure) the cooler delivers effective CPU heat dissipation while maintaining near-silent operation. The cooler measures 127 mm (W) x 129 mm (D) x 158 mm (H) and is supplied with the Rock Mount 3 mounting system for wide socket compatibility.

Advantages

The Brocken 4 Max combines a large-area nickel-plated copper baseplate and six high-end heat pipes to absorb and transport CPU heat efficiently to the heatsink. How to use

Install the Brocken 4 Max following the included Rock Mount 3 instructions: attach the backplate and secure the cooler to the CPU socket, ensuring the nickel-plated copper baseplate makes full contact with the CPU heatspreader. Route and connect the JetStream fan cable to the motherboard fan header and verify fan rotation and BIOS/UEFI fan control settings. If additional airflow is required, use the supplied fan clamps and decoupling elements to mount a second 120 mm fan on the opposite side of the heatsink.

Usage recommendations

For optimal thermal performance, apply a thin, even layer of high-quality CPU thermal paste and ensure RAM clearance before final tightening. Configure fan curves in BIOS/UEFI or motherboard software to balance noise and cooling according to system load.
