How to use

Select the ring size that provides a secure but comfortable fit and place the ring anywhere along the shaft as desired. Apply electro-conductive gel into the ring’s holes and to the skin contact area to ensure good conductivity. Connect the ring to an ElectraStim stimulator using a 2 mm cable and attach a second uni-polar electrode (sold separately) as required by the stimulator’s instructions.
