ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga 3D Printer is a large-format FDM machine designed for industrial and professional use, offering a workspace of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm and support for common filaments such as PLA, PETG, TPU and Nylon. How to use

Prepare your 3D model in standard STL or OBJ format and transfer it via USB, LAN or WiFi. Install filament on the spool holder and run the filament through the guide to the selected nozzle. Choose the required active PEI plate area or let the printer detect and heat only the active tile to save energy, then preheat nozzle and bed to temperatures appropriate for the chosen material (nozzle up to 300°C, bed up to 100°C). Use the automatic leveling and PID calibration functions before starting a long print. Monitor the first layers for adhesion and adjust settings if necessary; the printer’s filament break detectors and cooling control improve reliability during long jobs.

Usage recommendations

For best results when printing large parts, use materials suited to your part’s mechanical requirements, allow sufficient cooling time between layers for tall prints, ensure the build plate tiles are clean and level, and use the recommended printing speeds (around 150 mm/s) to balance quality and throughput.
