Guide bar with 2 chains 15" (38 cm), 3/8" pitch, 64 links — Elmax model 11154

Elmax guide bar with two chains, model 11154, is a replacement cutting assembly sized 15" (approx. 38 cm) with 64 drive links and a 3/8" pitch. Intended for use with compatible consumer and professional chainsaws, this set provides a complete bar-and-chain combination for cutting wood, pruning branches, felling small trees and routine garden or light forestry tasks. The guide bar is matched to the included chains to ensure correct fit and consistent cutting performance when installed on appropriately specified saws.

Advantages

The kit contains one 15" guide bar and two pre-profiled chains with 64 links and a 3/8" pitch, reducing the need to purchase chains separately. The matched components simplify assembly and tensioning, and the bar profile is designed to support straight and controlled cuts on logs and limbs of various sizes. Using two chains allows one spare chain to be available when the first requires sharpening, which reduces downtime during work. The set is compatible with many chainsaw models that accept a 15" bar and a 3/8" pitch chain.

Suitable for

• Cutting firewood and small logs
• Pruning branches and crown maintenance
• Felling and processing small trees
• General garden and light forestry tasks

Key specifications

• Bar length: 15" (approximately 38 cm)
• Chain pitch: 3/8"
• Number of drive links: 64
• Quantity included: one guide bar and two chains
• Compatibility: designed for chainsaws that accept 15" bars and 3/8" pitch chains

How to use

Confirm that your chainsaw accepts a 15" guide bar and a 3/8" pitch chain before installation. Remove the existing bar and chain following the chainsaw manufacturer's safety procedures and disconnect the spark plug or power source. Fit the Elmax guide bar onto the mounting stud, loop the chain over the drive sprocket and along the bar groove, then reinstall the cover and initial tension the chain according to the saw manual. After installation, check chain tension, lubrication, and proper brake function before operating the saw. Regularly inspect the bar rails and drive links for wear and maintain correct chain lubrication during use.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and chainsaw chaps when operating the chainsaw. Keep spare chain sharpened and replace or sharpen chains when cutting performance decreases. Maintain proper chain tension and lubrication to extend the service life of both bar and chains. Match chain type and gauge exactly to your saw's sprocket and bar groove specifications.
