The Elo 1590L 15-inch open-frame LCD touch display combines a slim, zero-bezel design with an energy-saving LED backlight and proven Elo touchscreen technology. With a 15-inch diagonal and 1024 x 768 resolution, the display delivers clear images and accurate touch responses. It includes HDMI and VGA video inputs and USB for touch/data connection, and is designed for integration into kiosks, retail self-service, casino/amusement terminals and industrial automation applications.

Advantages

The 1590L uses an efficient LED backlight for reduced power consumption and lower heat generation while maintaining strong contrast (700:1) and good light transmission. The touch sensor provides stable, drift-free operation for accurate touch detection. Projected capacitive (PCAP) variants offer a seamless two-glass multi-touch surface with up to 10-touch capability and thru-glass two-touch support for use with latex or cloth gloves; single-touch options include AccuTouch five-wire resistive, IntelliTouch SAW or anti-vandal SecureTouch SAW. The unit is sealed against dust, dirt and liquids and can achieve front-side IP65 protection when the PCAP option is sealed into an enclosure. Elo’s control of design and tooling supports long-term product availability and the display is backed by a three-year standard warranty.
