Description

The Eltako GLE base load element is a small PTC device intended to ensure reliable switching when connected loads are not detected because of low capacitance. It is designed to start or operate in parallel with the related load and must be switched off together with that load. The GLE is compact and suitable for installation directly in the load, in a switch box or in a junction box. It cannot, however, keep the mains disconnection relay closed by itself and requires an additional load for that function.
