Liquid cooling kit Enermax LIQMAXFLO SR
The Enermax LIQMAXFLO SR is an all-PWM liquid cooling kit designed for high-performance CPU cooling. It features ENERMAX’s Dual-Chamber Xtreme PWM pump, a 120 mm Silent Flow radiator fan, and an additional 60 mm VRM fan with ARGB lighting. The kit supports a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets and includes pre-applied Dow Corning® TC-5888 thermal grease plus an extra tube for installation.
The Dual-Chamber Xtreme pump uses Shunt-Channel technology with an enlarged coolant inlet and optimized flow to increase pump pressure by up to 30% and flow rate by up to 20%, improving cooling efficiency. The Silent Flow radiator fan combines a reinforced 3 mm blade, a 5-blade "Angle of Attack" design, and an F.D.B. bearing to deliver high airflow and static pressure while keeping noise low (max ~25.47 dB(A)). The 60 mm VRM fan operates up to 3,000 RPM to provide targeted airflow around motherboard VRMs and features magnetic, rotatable pump cover compatibility and ARGB lighting for synchronized effects.
Install the radiator and fans inside your PC case according to the case and motherboard layout, mount the pump block onto the CPU socket following the supplied manual, and connect the PWM headers for pump, radiator fan(s), and VRM fan to the appropriate motherboard headers to enable automatic speed control. Remove protective film from the pre-applied thermal grease if present, align the pump block over the CPU, and secure it with the provided mounting hardware. Configure ARGB lighting through compatible motherboard software if desired.
For best results, ensure proper case airflow and place radiator fans to create a balanced intake/exhaust configuration. Use the motherboard’s PWM control to let pump and fans adjust based on temperature. When overclocking, monitor VRM temperatures and adjust VRM fan profile as needed; replace the thermal grease only if reuse is necessary or after long-term use.
