Hammock ENO DoubleNest DN019, two-person lightweight parachute nylon, Chocolate / Latte

ENO DoubleNest DN019 is a two-person hammock constructed from lightweight, high-strength parachute nylon with a Chocolate / Latte colorway. Designed for camping, travel and backyard relaxation, this hammock is sized to accommodate two users while packing into an integrated storage pouch for compact transport. The fabric resists moisture and dries quickly, making it suitable for a variety of outdoor conditions including hiking, beach and casual leisure use.

Advantages

The DoubleNest combines a generous load capacity and a compact packed size, delivering a balance of comfort and portability. Parachute nylon provides a soft feel against the skin while offering tensile strength and abrasion resistance suitable for outdoor environments. The integrated storage pouch keeps the hammock organized and ready to carry, and the quick-drying fabric reduces weight and time exposed to damp conditions.

Suitable for

• Two-person camping and backpacking where lightweight gear is needed
• Beach trips and lakeside relaxation
• Backyard lounging and terrace use
• Travel and picnics where compact packing is important

When it may not be suitable

This hammock is not intended as a permanent installation; it is designed for temporary setups and should not replace fixed outdoor furniture. It may not be ideal for very tall users who require extra length beyond standard two-person hammocks, or for situations where rigid reclining or upright seating is needed.

Key specifications

• Material: lightweight parachute nylon
• Capacity: two people (designed for tandem use)
• Packed size: integrated storage pouch for compact transport
• Properties: moisture resistant and quick-drying fabric
• Typical uses: camping, travel, beach, backyard leisure

How to use

Unpack the hammock from the integrated storage pouch and locate two secure anchor points (trees, posts or suitable stands) at an appropriate distance. Attach suspension straps or carabiners to the hammock ends and secure to anchors at roughly chest height, then adjust for a comfortable sag. Enter the hammock carefully and center your weight; for two people, coordinate entry to reduce excessive tilting. After use, allow the hammock to dry fully if damp, then fold back into the storage pouch for transport.

What to consider before purchase

• Check that your typical anchors (trees, posts or stands) are compatible with hammock suspension accessories
• Consider required accessories such as straps or carabiners which may not be included
• Assess whether two-person dimensions meet the needs of taller users
• Decide if a lightweight, non-rigid sleeping surface matches intended overnight use

Usage recommendations

Use wide tree straps to protect bark and distribute load, avoid attaching directly to vulnerable trees, and follow weight and safety guidelines for tandem use. For extended overnight use, pair the hammock with an underquilt or pad in cool conditions and a bug net in insect-prone areas. Regularly inspect suspension components and fabric for wear before each trip.
