Epson CoverPlus 3 years On-site provides a service plan that arranges for an engineer to be onsite to repair or swap your Epson multifunction device within two working days of receiving the service call. The plan covers onsite labour and part replacement for failures but does not cover routine consumables or items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life.
The CoverPlus on-site plan reduces equipment downtime by delivering a technician visit within two days, simplifies service logistics by handling parts and labour through Epson, and keeps support aligned with the device manufacturer for consistent repairs and part compatibility.
Contact Epson support using the details provided at purchase when a fault occurs. Provide the device serial number and a description of the issue. Epson will log the call and schedule an engineer visit; an onsite technician will perform diagnosis, repair or swap parts as covered by the plan. Keep records of service calls and any supplied service reference numbers for follow-up.
Register the product with Epson after purchase and retain proof of purchase to ensure eligibility. Regularly perform routine maintenance (such as replacing consumables) as these are excluded from CoverPlus coverage.
