Erico C24EU Electrical Conduit Steel C-Type Beam Clamp for Cable Mounting, 20-24 mm Diameter

The Erico C24EU Electrical Conduit Steel C-Type Beam Clamp is a robust and reliable fastening accessory engineered for secure cable and wire mounting on shelves and beams. Designed to accommodate cable diameters ranging from 20 to 24 mm with a maximum flange thickness of 12 mm, this fastener provides a dependable solution for professional electrical and industrial installations.

Advantages

Constructed from durable steel, this C-type beam clamp ensures long-lasting performance and high structural integrity in demanding environments. It is engineered to securely attach to beam flanges, angle iron, joists, and various other structural supports without the need for complex drilling or welding. The design reliably supports a single run of conduit, maintaining neat cable management and reducing the risk of wire displacement or damage during daily facility operations.

Suitable for

• Securing electrical conduits to steel beams and joists
• Cable and wire mounting on industrial shelving and angle iron
• Professional electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings
• Organizing single runs of conduit on structural supports

When it may not be suitable

This beam clamp is not designed for cable diameters outside the 20 to 24 mm range or structural flange thicknesses exceeding 12 mm. It is also unsuitable for applications requiring multi-conduit support or non-metallic mounting surfaces.

Key specifications

• Material: Steel
• Cable diameter capacity: 20 to 24 mm
• Maximum flange thickness: 12 mm
• Supports single run of conduit
• Attaches to beam flanges, angle iron, joists, and structural supports

How to use

To install the beam clamp, position the C-type fastener onto the edge of the structural support, such as a beam flange, joist, or angle iron, ensuring the maximum flange thickness limit of 12 mm is not exceeded. Tighten the clamping mechanism securely to anchor the fastener in place. Insert the electrical conduit with a diameter between 20 and 24 mm into the designated holding area, ensuring a single run is properly seated and firmly locked to prevent shifting.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the structural support flange thickness is 12 mm or less
• Confirm that the electrical conduit diameter measures between 20 and 24 mm
• Check that the application involves a single run of conduit rather than multiple cables

Ensure regular inspection of installed clamps in industrial environments to maintain structural stability and secure cable positioning over time.
