• HVAC piping systems requiring secure support
• Industrial pipe mounting where precise alignment is necessary
• Residential heating and cooling infrastructure

When it may not be suitable

This clamp is not intended for use with pipes outside the specified 32–35 mm diameter range, as it may not provide the necessary clamping force or structural security. It is also not suitable for high-vibration environments that require specialized dampening hardware or for applications involving extreme chemical exposure that could degrade the material.

Key specifications

• Pipe diameter range: 32–35 mm
• Connection thread: M8
• Material: High-strength steel
• Application: Plumbing and HVAC support

How to use

To install the Erico Superfix 243, first ensure the mounting surface is prepared and the M8 threaded rod is securely fixed in place. Open the clamp and position it around the pipe, ensuring the pipe is centered within the clamp diameter. Tighten the locking mechanism until the clamp is firmly secured against the pipe, then screw the clamp onto the M8 threaded rod. Verify that the pipe is properly aligned and that the connection is stable before finalizing the installation.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the exact outer diameter of your pipe to ensure it falls within the 32–35 mm range
• Confirm that your mounting hardware utilizes an M8 thread connection
• Assess the weight of the pipe to ensure the clamp is appropriate for the load

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance and safety, ensure that the clamp is tightened to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications and inspect the installation periodically for any signs of loosening or corrosion.
