The Esselte 15267 Document Divider PP A4+ 10 Tabs is a reliable filing accessory designed to streamline document management in professional, educational, and home environments. Crafted from durable polypropylene with a thickness of 0,12 mm, this divider withstands frequent handling and provides long-lasting protection for your paperwork. Featuring an A4 Maxi format measuring 245 by 297 mm, it ensures that your indexed sections remain visible and accessible even when used in combination with standard punched pockets.

Advantages

Constructed from resilient polypropylene material, the divider offers high resistance to wear and tear, ensuring that documents stay organized over extended periods. The front sheet includes a reinforced punched strip for enhanced durability at the binding edge, preventing rips and tears around the ring holes. Ten brightly coloured tabs allow for efficient colour-coding and swift categorization of files, while the universal 11-hole punch strip guarantees seamless compatibility with virtually all standard ring binders and lever arch files. Additionally, the front sheet features a large space designated for writing clear section descriptions.

Suitable for

• Organizing office reports and financial records
• Sorting study materials and lecture notes at school
• Categorizing household documents, bills, and recipes
• Archiving projects in ring binders and lever arch files

When it may not be suitable

This document divider may not be ideal if you require a numbering system smaller than 10 tabs, as it is specifically configured with 10 fixed sections. It is also not suitable for binders that utilize non-standard binding mechanisms incompatible with an 11-hole universal strip.

Key specifications

• Type: Blank tab index
• Material: Polypropylene PP
• Thickness: 0,12 mm
• Format: A4 Maxi
• Dimensions: 245 x 297 mm
• Number of tabs: 10 coloured tabs
• Punched strip: 11-hole universal fit with reinforced front sheet

How to use

Begin by determining the categorization structure for your files and write the corresponding section titles on the large designation space provided on the front sheet. Open your ring binder or lever arch file and align the 11-hole universal punch strip of the divider with the binder rings. Insert the divider into the binder, positioning the 10 coloured tabs so they extend past your documents or punched pockets for quick identification. Place your sorted papers behind each respective tab to maintain a structured and orderly filing system.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your binder format is compatible with A4 Maxi dimensions to ensure optimal tab visibility
• Assess whether 10 tabs are sufficient for your document categorization needs
• Check that your filing system accommodates an 11-hole universal punch strip

Usage recommendations: Handle the polypropylene tabs and reinforced punched strip with care when inserting large volumes of paper to maintain the structural integrity of the divider over time. Store your binders in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve the colour and quality of the plastic material.
