eSUN ABS+HS ABSplus White is a modified ABS filament formulated for 3D printing to deliver reduced shrinkage, improved interlayer adhesion and lower odor compared with conventional ABS. Supplied as 1 kg of 1.75 mm filament, it is suitable for high-speed printing (up to 300 mm/s) and provides durable, impact-resistant parts that can be acetone polished to improve surface finish and remove layer lines.

Advantages

This ABS+HS material offers lower warp and crack tendency due to reduced shrinkage and stronger layer bonding. It contains low-VOC components for a milder printing odor and is optimized to maintain performance at higher printing speeds. How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer. Use typical ABS print settings with a heated bed and enclosed build chamber to minimise warping; adjust nozzle temperature and bed temperature according to your printer and slicing profile. Finished parts can be smoothed with acetone vapor or liquid polishing where appropriate and safe.
