Rackmount UPS EVER RT 2000 T 2000VA - online double-conversion, for 19" racks
EVER RT 2000 T is a 2000VA rackmount uninterruptible power supply designed for installation in standard 19" racks. This UPS provides online double-conversion power protection, delivering a consistent AC output with automatic voltage regulation and battery backup to protect servers, networking equipment and other critical electronics from outages, surges and voltage fluctuations. The compact rack form factor and continuous online topology make it suitable for data centers, server rooms and telecom cabinets that require uninterrupted, clean power.
The online double-conversion design isolates connected equipment from input power disturbances by continuously converting incoming AC to DC and then back to regulated AC, ensuring clean, stable output regardless of mains conditions. Built for 19" rack mounting, the unit saves floor space and integrates into standard rack layouts. Integrated battery backup supports orderly shutdowns or sustained operation during short power interruptions, while voltage regulation reduces the risk of damage from brownouts and overvoltages. The unit's form factor and power capacity are balanced for small to medium rack deployments.
Install the UPS in a 19" rack following standard rackmount procedures and secure the unit with appropriate mounting hardware. Connect the UPS to a suitable mains supply using a dedicated circuit and then attach critical equipment to the UPS output sockets or PDU as required. Configure any available communication interfaces or monitoring options to enable orderly shutdowns and event logging. Ensure batteries are charged before relying on backup power and perform initial functional checks to verify stable output and correct operation.
Place the UPS in a well-ventilated rack position, avoid obstructing airflow, and maintain ambient temperature within the manufacturer's recommended range. Regularly inspect and test the battery system and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure expected runtime. For deployments with high availability requirements, consider parallel or redundant configurations where supported and size the UPS to allow safe shutdown time for connected equipment.
