Evolveo FX650 is a 650W ATX power supply designed for standard desktop PC builds. It provides a continuous 650W output with 80+ Bronze efficiency and features a large 14 cm cooling fan to reduce acoustic noise. The unit implements active PFC and multiple built-in protections to maintain stable and safe power delivery for gaming, office or home systems assembled from components.
The FX650 offers a balance of efficiency and low noise thanks to its 80+ Bronze certification and the 14 cm fan. Active PFC improves power factor and reduces mains distortion, while protections against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and overheating preserve system components. Standard ATX connector set and mixed cable lengths make installation straightforward in most mid-tower and full-tower cases.
Install the FX650 into a compatible ATX case following standard safety precautions: disconnect mains power before installation, secure the PSU to the case with screws, and connect the 20+4 pin motherboard cable, the 4+4 CPU connector and required PCI-E and SATA/Molex cables to the components. Ensure cables are routed to avoid blocking airflow and that connectors are fully seated. After assembly, verify BIOS/UEFI recognizes stable power and monitor system voltages during initial startup.
Use the FX650 in builds with total system power draw within the unit’s continuous 650W rating and allow adequate chassis ventilation. For high-end multi-GPU setups or heavily overclocked systems, verify combined component power requirements and consider a higher-wattage PSU if peak loads approach the unit’s limit. Periodically check fan operation and case airflow to maintain cooling efficiency and low noise levels.
