Polishing Buffer Pads EXO Polerka Bufer Romb 1200/3000, pack of 10
Polishing Buffer Pads EXO Polerka Bufer Romb 1200/3000, pack of 10
Pack of 10 EXO Polishing Buffer Pads Romb 1200/3000 combines two grit levels in a single triangular (romb) pad to support mid- and fine-stage abrasive work and finishing. Designed for use with rotary and dual-action polishers as well as for controlled hand polishing, these pads are intended to remove medium scratches, refine paint texture and enhance gloss on automotive paintwork, clear coats and other coated surfaces. The dual-grit layout allows quick switching between more aggressive and finer polishing without changing pads, saving time during surface preparation and finishing.
The EXO Polishing Buffer Pads feature a dual-grit structure that integrates 1200 and 3000 grit areas on the same pad, enabling both scratch removal and gloss refinement with one accessory. The triangular (romb) shape improves access to corners and creases, while the pad’s material is designed to maintain consistent contact with the surface for even abrasion. Supplied as a pack of 10, the pads offer repeated use or replacement for multiple jobs and reduce downtime associated with frequent pad changes.
Attach the EXO polishing pad to a matching backing plate on the polisher or hold securely for hand use. Begin with the 1200-grit side to address visible medium scratches and surface imperfections, working at appropriate speed and pressure for the polisher type and coating. Wipe the area clean, then switch to the 3000-grit side to refine the surface and increase gloss. Inspect the finish and repeat passes as needed, using clean pads and suitable polishing compounds for each grit stage. Follow the polisher manufacturer’s guidelines for speed and pressure to avoid surface damage.
For best results, use compatible polishing compounds matched to each grit stage, keep pads clean from trapped debris, and replace pads when worn or contaminated. Test on a small inconspicuous area before full application to confirm compatibility with the coating.
