HDMI splitter extra digital CA911462 is a compact 1-to-2 HDMI distributor that duplicates one HDMI source to two HDMI-compatible displays or projectors. It supports HDMI 1.4 features including 4K (3840×2160) at 30Hz, 3D formats, deep colour and common digital audio formats, and can be used to regenerate a weakened signal at the end of a long HDMI run.
The device splits a single HDMI input to two outputs without loss of image or audio quality and supports signal retiming to stabilise transmission. It accepts standard AWG26 HDMI cables and supports 4K/30Hz, Full HD and Full 3D video, plus 8/10/12-bit colour depth (xRGB 24/30/36-bit Deep Color). If the source cannot supply enough power, an external micro-USB power adapter can be connected.
Connect the HDMI source (DVD/Blu-ray player, AV receiver, digital TV receiver or other HDMI device) to the splitter’s HDMI input, then connect up to two HDMI displays to the splitter’s outputs. Use AWG26 HDMI cables within recommended lengths for best results. If the splitter does not receive sufficient power from the HDMI source, plug a compatible micro-USB power adapter into the provided micro-USB port.
For stable 4K/30Hz performance use high-quality AWG26 HDMI cables and keep cable lengths within the specified limits; if you experience signal instability, add the external micro-USB power adapter and verify connected devices support the selected resolution and 3D formats.
