Manufactured from durable steel, the bracket ensures high mechanical strength and dependable performance in various outdoor environmental conditions.

Advantages

Constructed from robust steel, the Extralink pole bracket offers exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical stress when deployed outdoors. Its closed end fixed hook design prevents accidental dislodgement of attached lines, ensuring a secure and stable connection for network equipment. The component is specifically engineered for straightforward mounting on poles using standard 20mm straps, facilitating efficient installation processes for professional technicians.

Suitable for

• Securing lashing clamps on utility poles
• Mounting draw hooks in telecommunication and networking infrastructure
• Outdoor cable management and support setups
• Professional fiber optic and copper cable installations

When it may not be suitable

This bracket may not be suitable for installations on surfaces other than vertical poles, as it is specifically shaped for cylindrical mounting geometries using 20mm straps. It is also not designed for structural weight loads beyond standard telecommunication cabling and lashing clamp applications.

Key specifications

• Product type: Closed end hook
• Construction type: Fixed hook
• Material: Steel
• Mounting requirement: Compatible with 20mm straps
• Application: Pole mounting for draw hooks and lashing clamps

How to use

To install the Extralink Pole bracket CA1500, position the bracket at the desired height on a vertical pole. Secure the bracket firmly in place by threading standard 20mm mounting straps through the designated attachment points and tensioning them properly to prevent slipping. Once the bracket is securely fastened to the pole, attach your draw hooks or lashing clamps to the fixed closed end hook to support your cabling infrastructure.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the pole diameter is compatible with standard 20mm mounting straps
• Confirm that your deployment requires a closed end fixed hook design
• Check the load requirements of your cabling setup against the bracket specifications

Usage recommendations: Inspect the mounting straps and the steel bracket periodically for signs of wear, tension loss, or environmental corrosion, especially in areas subject to extreme weather conditions.
