How to use

To begin, the customer must complete the Autopilot Service Activation form supplying domain, tenant ID and the email address of a Global Admin. F9 will send a permission request to that Global Admin; once approved, the service becomes available for ordering. When placing an order, include the end customer’s domain, Tenant ID and any desired Group Tag identifier in the additional text field of the order line. F9 will collect the required device information, register the devices in the Windows Autopilot deployment service and apply the provided Group Tag if supplied.

Usage recommendations

Ensure devices have a supported version of Windows 11 and that Azure AD and the chosen device management solution (for example Microsoft Intune) are configured prior to ordering.
