The Fantec AluPro U3 Black is a compact 2.5" HDD/SSD enclosure designed for one Serial ATA notebook drive with a maximum height of 9.5 mm. It connects via USB 3.0 SuperSpeed for data rates up to 5 Gbit/s and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1. Power is supplied directly from the USB interface (5.0 V). A blue LED indicates power and drive activity, and a protective silicone sleeve reduces vibrations and protects the drive from shocks.
