How to use

Open the hollow vaginal cone to insert one or more weight balls according to the desired training level, then close the cone. Gently insert the cone into the vagina until comfortable, leaving the retraction strap outside for removal. Perform pelvic floor contractions (Kegels) to hold the device in place and follow the included guide for suggested exercise routines and progression through the five weight levels. Remove by gently pulling the retraction strap.

Usage recommendations
