How to use

Before first use sterilize the cup by boiling it for a few minutes or using a suitable sterilization solution. Always handle with clean hands. To insert, choose a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing), wet the cup with water or a water-based lubricant, compress it in your hand and fold it lengthwise, then insert it at an angle toward the base of the vagina until it sits in the vaginal cavity. After insertion, check by feeling that the rim has unfolded and formed a seal against the vaginal wall.

Usage recommendations

Remove and empty the cup at least every 12 hours. When removing, relax, hook a finger under the rim, break the seal by gently compressing the base, and pull the cup out.
