How to use

Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for a few minutes or using a suitable sterilizing solution. Always handle the cup with clean hands. To insert, choose a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing), wet the cup with water or a water-based lubricant, compress it and fold it lengthwise, then insert it at an angle toward the base of the vagina until it sits in the vaginal cavity. Ensure it opens fully to create a seal. To remove, relax and bear down slightly, then pinch the base to release the seal, pull the cup out and empty its contents into the toilet. Rinse with hot water and pH-neutral soap before reinserting or storing.
