How to use

Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for a few minutes or using a suitable sterilization solution. Always handle the cup with clean hands. Choose a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing) and, if needed, wet the cup with water or a water-based lubricant. Compress the cup, fold it lengthwise and insert it at an angle toward the base of the vagina until it sits comfortably inside. To remove, relax, contract the vaginal muscles to bring the cup closer to the vaginal opening, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull the cup out.
