How to use

Choose a suitable installation location on a wooden, metal or glass door, or in a brick wall; if installing in glass, consult a glazier because holes cannot be drilled in toughened safety glass or double-glazing unless provided by the manufacturer. Cut or trim the supplied 5 cm tunnel to match the door thickness, position the frame and flap in the prepared opening, and secure using appropriate screws (not included). Set the 4-way lock to the desired mode (entry, exit, both, or locked). Observe the passage indicator flag to determine whether your pet is inside or outside.

Usage recommendations

Before installing in glass, consult a professional glazier. Do not trim the tunnel on models that contain delicate mechanisms (Swing 7 and Swing Microchip); trimming is permitted for the Swing 5 tunnel only. Use appropriate fixings for the door material and check the seal around the frame to maintain draught protection.
