How to use

Select an installation location suitable for the Swing 15 on a wooden or metal door, or in a brick wall. If installing in glass, consult a glazier first because holes cannot be drilled in toughened safety glass or insulated double-glazing unless the glass was manufactured with pre-drilled openings. Cut an opening matching the product dimensions, fit the 5 cm tunnel (trim if necessary to match wall thickness), insert the flap assembly and secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Set the 4-way lock to the desired position (entry, exit, both, or closed) and test the flap operation to ensure smooth movement for your pet.

Usage recommendations

Before installation, verify door or wall material and thickness and, when in doubt, seek professional assistance for cutting or drilling. Do not trim the tunnel on models that contain delicate mechanisms (note: this applies to Swing 7 and Swing Microchip models). For the Swing 15, trimming the 5 cm tunnel is permitted to achieve a proper fit.
