Filament Fiberlogy R PLA 1.75 mm 0.85 kg spool — Fiberlogy, Anthracite
Fiberlogy R PLA filament in Anthracite is a 1.75 mm thermoplastic filament supplied on a 0.85 kg spool designed for FDM/FFF 3D printing. This PLA grade provides the typical balance of ease of printing, predictable extrusion and dimensional stability suitable for general-purpose models, prototypes and hobby parts. The neutral anthracite color is intended for visual models and functional parts where appearance and layer consistency are important.
This 1.75 mm PLA filament offers reliable feeding and extrusion behavior on printers compatible with standard-diameter filament. The material exhibits low warping and consistent layer adhesion that simplifies printing of medium- to small-sized objects. The 0.85 kg spool size reduces spool change frequency while remaining compact for storage. Anthracite color ensures good surface uniformity and hides minor imperfections better than lighter shades.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into any FDM/FFF printer compatible with PLA. Use standard PLA print temperatures (typically 190–220 °C depending on printer and hotend) and a heated bed if available (50–70 °C) to improve first-layer adhesion. Keep print speeds moderate and calibrate extrusion multiplier and retraction settings to match your specific printer and hotend. Store the spool in a dry environment or sealed container with desiccant when not in use to maintain consistent printing performance.
For best results, perform a small calibration print after changing spools or switching colors to confirm temperature and flow settings. Use a brim or raft for parts with small footprints to reduce the chance of lifting during printing. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity to prevent inconsistent extrusion.
