Podcast microphone Fifine K670B
The Fifine K670B is a wired USB podcast microphone designed for recording and streaming. Housed in a metal body with a desktop stand and detachable cable, it delivers a neutral vocal tone with a sensitivity of -46 dB and a frequency response of 50–15,000 Hz. The mic is plug-and-play on Windows, macOS and PlayStation consoles (not compatible with Xbox) and provides a front volume dial and a 3.5 mm headphone monitoring jack for real-time listening.
The metal construction and anti-slip stand reduce vibration and improve durability, while the height- and angle-adjustable stand helps position the microphone for optimal sound capture. Its recording-oriented calibration produces a balanced, neutral tone without the need for extensive EQ or compression, making it suitable for quick streaming on OBS, Twitch or Discord. Direct headphone monitoring with low latency and an easy-access volume control allow immediate level checks during recording or web conferencing.
Connect the Fifine K670B to a computer or compatible PlayStation console using the included USB cable. Place the microphone on its desktop stand and adjust height and angle for an appropriate distance and orientation—typically 10–30 cm from the mouth and slightly off-axis to reduce plosives. Plug headphones into the 3.5 mm jack to monitor sound in real time and adjust the front volume dial for live level control. For streaming, select the USB microphone as the input device in your streaming or conferencing software (OBS, Twitch, Discord, etc.).
To reduce vibration noise and improve clarity, set the stand on a stable surface and avoid touching the mic while recording. Use a pop filter or position the microphone slightly off-axis to minimize plosive sounds. If you need to record to external devices, connect headphones to the mic’s output and route the signal to a camera or recorder with an appropriate cable.
