Relay Finder 62.82.9.024.4000 24 V DC 16 A 2 x changeover contacts (SPDT) single unit
Finder 62.82.9.024.4000 is an electromechanical relay with a 24 V DC coil and two changeover (SPDT) contacts. Rated for a switching current of 16 A, this single-unit relay is designed for installation in control panels and automation systems where reliable on/off switching of moderate loads is required. Its compact form factor and clear functional design make it suitable for use in industrial and building electrical installations including motor control circuits, lighting circuits and auxiliary switching functions.
The relay offers dependable mechanical switching with a defined contact arrangement (two changeover contacts) and a robust 16 A current rating for handling resistive and inductive loads within its specifications. A 24 V DC coil provides compatibility with common low-voltage control circuits. The single-unit format and standard relay footprint allow for straightforward replacement or integration into existing panels and relay sockets.
Mount the relay in a compatible socket or on a panel according to the installation practice of the control system. Connect the 24 V DC control supply to the coil terminals, observing polarity if required by the installation. Wire the common, normally open and normally closed terminals of each changeover contact to the load and control circuits ensuring that the expected load current does not exceed the 16 A rating. Provide appropriate protection such as fuses, circuit breakers and suppression for inductive loads to extend contact life.
Verify that switching currents and voltages for your application are within the relay's ratings before installation. For inductive loads, use suitable suppression (RC snubbers, varistors or diodes where applicable) and follow local electrical codes when wiring and mounting to ensure safe, reliable operation.
