Threaded anchor Fischer 50564
The Fischer 50564 threaded anchor RG M I is made of zinc-plated steel and is designed for use in concrete with resin capsules or injection mortars. It is supplied in packs of 5 and provides a reusable, internally threaded fixing point that can be set with either pre-portioned mortar capsules or injection mortar systems. The anchor bonds with the drill hole wall to create a load-bearing connection and can be removed flush with the surface, which makes it suitable for temporary or replaceable fixings.
The RG M I anchor is compatible with resin capsules and injection mortars for concrete and allows surface-flush removal and reuse of the fixing point, offering flexibility for changing or temporary installations. Its metric internal thread accepts standard metric screws or threaded rods to match the intended application. The zinc-plated steel construction provides corrosion resistance appropriate for typical internal concrete applications. Always consult the approvals and technical data of the chosen resin capsule or injection mortar.
When using pre-portioned resin capsules, place the capsule in the drilled hole and set the RG M I anchor by rotating and striking with a hammer drill so that the capsule breaks and the mortar mixes and activates. When using injection mortar, inject the mortar according to the mortar manufacturer's instructions and push the RG M I anchor into the hole manually with slight rotation so the mortar bonds the anchor to the hole wall. Verify that the anchor is correctly positioned and the mortar has cured before applying load.
Check and follow the technical approvals and installation instructions of the chosen resin capsule or injection mortar system. Use the specified drill diameter (32 mm) and observe curing times, hole cleaning procedures, and load values for concrete substrates. For internal applications and temporary fixings, ensure the anchor and fastener materials are appropriate for the intended load and environment.
