Fischer GK Green S gypsum plasterboard anchor is a short anchor made partly from sustainable raw materials and supplied complete with a chipboard screw. At least half of the materials used for the anchor granules are from renewable sources that do not compete with food or feed production. The anchor is designed for fastening into gypsum plasterboard and offers the same performance and load-bearing properties as the original Fischer GK anchor.

When it may not be suitable

For attachments requiring greater embedment or higher loads, alternative anchors or fixing methods should be chosen.

How to use

Pre-position the anchor in the desired location on the gypsum plasterboard. Using the setting tool supplied, screw the anchor in with a cordless screwdriver until it sits flush with the board surface; no preliminary drilling is necessary for boards up to 15 mm thickness. Once the anchor is set, drive the supplied chipboard screw into the anchor to secure the fixture. Ensure the anchor is fully flush and the screw is tightened to hold the item securely without over-torquing.
