FISCHER TermoFix CN thermal insulation fastener supplied as a pack of 100 is designed for mechanical fixing of thermal insulation boards and panels to a wide range of substrate surfaces. The one-piece plastic sleeve with integrated plate and separate steel nail provides a combination of thermal isolation and high load-bearing capacity. Intended for use in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), this hammer-set fastener secures compression-resistant insulation materials such as polystyrene (EPS/XPS), mineral wool and wood wool up to 200 mm thickness to solid and perforated masonry or concrete substrates.

How to use

Select appropriate drilling diameter and embedment depth for the substrate and insulation thickness according to local guidance and project requirements. Place the fastener through the insulation board so the plate bears against the insulation surface, then drive the steel nail into the substrate using a hammer until the nail head is flush and the sleeve expands to secure the fixing.
