The Fischer EasyHook Angle adapter converts countersunk screws into angled hooks for hanging and fastening tasks. Made from glass-fibre reinforced plastic, the adapter provides high load capacity and a secure hold when used with appropriate screws and the included plugs. The kit is compatible with a variety of substrates including autoclaved aerated concrete, brick, concrete, gypsum fibre board and plasterboard, and supports screw diameters up to 5 mm with an 8 mm drill hole and a minimum depth of 50 mm.

Advantages

The attachable hook installs quickly and easily using a cordless screwdriver and can be positioned optimally thanks to a predetermined breaking point. Installation distance from the wall is variable depending on screw-in depth. Glass-fibre reinforced plastic ensures a high load level and secure hold. The EasyHook can be used with DuoPower or DuoBlade plugs, or without plugs in wood, covering a wide range of substrates. A cover ring and cap provide a neat visual finish for the Round and Loop variants.

How to use

Place the EasyHook adapter over the countersunk screw, insert the screw through the adapter and drive it into the prepared hole with a cordless screwdriver; the adapter can be handled without needing to hold the hook during screwing. For wooden substrates, the shaft area of the eye and round hook can be broken off to simplify installation. Turn the hook left to release it at the predetermined breaking point, then align and tighten the hook to the desired position. The distance from the wall is adjusted by the screw-in depth. For the Round and Loop versions, fit the cover cap onto the screw head from behind for a concealed finish.

Usage recommendations

Use suitable Fischer plugs (DuoPower or DuoBlade) for masonry and hollow substrates, and verify screw length and drill depth to ensure the required minimum embedment of 50 mm. Remove the EasyHook with a cordless screwdriver if repositioning is needed.
