Fischer FSL 12/15 B Sleeve Anchor 25 Pieces

The Fischer FSL 12/15 B sleeve anchor is a high-performance fastening solution engineered for secure anchoring in non-cracked concrete and masonry. This professional-grade anchor is manufactured from zinc-plated steel, providing robust durability and reliable performance for demanding construction and installation projects. Each pack contains 25 pieces, ensuring you have a sufficient supply for structural or temporary load-bearing applications.

Advantages

The design of the Fischer FSL sleeve anchor allows for efficient and time-saving push-through installation. Its specific geometry ensures easy insertion into the drill hole due to its undersized diameter. Once installed, the anchor provides high shear load resistance, making it a dependable choice for heavy-duty structural components. Furthermore, the anchor is designed to be removable, allowing for surface-flush dismantling, which is particularly beneficial for temporary installations where the anchor point must be cleared after use.

Suitable for

• Fastening structural components in non-cracked concrete
• Securing temporary loads
• Applications requiring flush surface finishes
• Professional construction and installation tasks

This sleeve anchor is not intended for use in cracked concrete or soft, porous masonry materials where the expansion mechanism cannot achieve the required grip. It is also not suitable for applications involving high-vibration environments or materials that do not meet the specified structural density requirements for expansion anchors.

Key specifications

• Material: Zinc-plated steel
• Type: Internal threaded sleeve anchor
• Installation method: Push-through installation
• Compatibility: Non-cracked concrete
• Quantity: 25 pieces per pack

To install the Fischer FSL sleeve anchor, first drill a hole into the base material according to the required diameter and depth. Clean the drill hole thoroughly to ensure maximum expansion efficiency. Insert the anchor through the fixture and into the hole. As you tighten the bolt, the internal cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve, forcing it to expand against the walls of the drill hole and creating a secure, high-strength connection.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the base material is non-cracked concrete
• Ensure the drill hole diameter matches the anchor specifications
• Confirm the load-bearing requirements for your specific project
• Check if a flush surface finish is required for your application

For optimal performance and safety, always ensure the drill hole is free of dust and debris before insertion. Use appropriate tools to achieve the correct tightening torque to ensure the expansion sleeve is fully engaged with the concrete wall.
