Flexline FL31-47075 Cat8.1 U/FTP Networking Cable 10 m RJ-45 40000 Mbit/s Black

The Flexline FL31-47075 Cat8.1 U/FTP networking cable is a high-performance connectivity solution designed to support demanding data transfer needs. With a length of 10 meters and equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this black network cable enables reliable high-speed data transfer rates up to 40000 Mbit/s. It features U/FTP shielding to effectively minimize electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, ensuring a stable and secure connection for modern professional and home network installations.

Advantages

This networking cable delivers exceptional bandwidth and transmission speed capabilities suitable for advanced data environments. The integrated U/FTP shielding design protects signal integrity from external interference, maintaining high performance even in cable-dense routing areas. The 10-meter length provides sufficient reach for connecting equipment across larger rooms or office spaces without signal degradation. The durable construction and standard RJ-45 connectors ensure broad compatibility with existing networking hardware while supporting future-proof infrastructure upgrades.

Suitable for

• Connecting high-speed network switches and routers
• Data center and server room interconnections
• Professional gaming setups requiring minimal latency
• High-bandwidth workstation and NAS connections

When it may not be suitable

This cable may not be ideal for basic home internet connections that only require standard speeds, as the high capabilities of Cat8.1 exceed typical residential demands. Additionally, the 10-meter fixed length might be excessive or difficult to manage in compact desk setups where shorter patch cables are more practical.

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat8.1
• Shielding type: U/FTP
• Data transfer rate: Up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Cable length: 10 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Black

How to use

Connect one end of the RJ-45 networking cable into the LAN port of your network source device, such as a router, switch, or modem. Insert the opposite end into the RJ-45 port of the target device, such as a computer, server, or gaming console, until the connector clicks securely into place. Ensure the cable is routed safely without sharp bends, excessive tension, or pinching to maintain optimal signal transmission and prevent physical damage to the internal conductors and connectors.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your networking hardware supports Cat8.1 or compatible backward standards
• Measure the required physical distance between devices to ensure the 10-meter length is appropriate
• Check available routing space to accommodate the cable thickness and shielding

Usage recommendations: Avoid tightly coiling the cable or running it near high-voltage electrical lines to prevent potential signal interference. Secure the cable along walls or using cable management trays to protect the connectors and maintain a clean installation environment.
