Photo frame Focus Willow Oak for 35x50 cm photo — focus

Focus Willow Oak photo frame for a 35×50 cm photograph offers a classic wood-look border with clear glazing to protect and display prints. The frame is finished in an oak-style surface that complements a range of interiors and provides a simple, unobtrusive support for portraits, posters or art prints. It is suitable for wall mounting or standing on a shelf when used with the appropriate fittings.

Advantages

The Focus Willow Oak frame combines a neutral oak-style finish with clear protective glazing to keep images visible and dust-free. Its design is straightforward, allowing quick insertion and removal of photos or prints, and the frame’s proportions are adapted to standard 35×50 cm images for a precise fit. The finish and slim profile work with both contemporary and traditional décor.

Suitable for

• 35×50 cm portraits and family photos
• Printed posters or art reproductions sized 35×50 cm
• Office displays, meeting rooms, or reception areas
• Home shelving, mantels, and wall galleries

When it may not be suitable

This frame may not be suitable if you need archival-grade, acid-free materials for long-term preservation of valuable photographic prints, as the product is described as a decorative oak-style frame rather than a conservation frame. Also, if your image uses a non-standard mount or requires a mat board to fit within the visible area, additional trimming or a different frame size may be necessary.

Key specifications

• Designed for image size: 35 × 50 cm
• Finish: oak-style wood appearance
• Front glazing: clear protective glazing (transparent)
• Orientation: suitable for portrait display; may allow landscape depending on fittings
• Mounting options: wall hanging and shelf standing (depending on supplied fittings)

How to use

Open the frame's rear fastenings to remove the backing board and glazing, place the 35×50 cm photograph or print against the backing, and re-secure the fastenings to hold the image in place. Use the built-in hanging fittings or attach appropriate hardware to mount the frame on a wall; place on a shelf using a support if shelf-standing is intended. Clean the glazing with a soft, lint-free cloth and a suitable glass cleaner; avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the visible image area matches your print size without needing a mat
• Check whether archival or acid-free materials are required for long-term preservation
• Ensure the mounting options (wall or shelf) meet your display needs
• Verify frame depth and glazing type if using thicker materials or mounted prints

Usage recommendations

For best results, handle prints with clean hands or gloves, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight behind the glazing, and use appropriate hanging hardware for the frame weight and wall type. If a mat is desired for aesthetic reasons, choose a mat cut to 35×50 cm visible area or select a larger frame to accommodate matting.
