Photo frame Focus Passepartout Black with black core 24x30 outer / 18x24 inner

Focus Passepartout Black with black core 24x30 outer / 18x24 inner is a picture frame designed to present prints, photographs and certificates with a clean, museum-style border. The frame combines an outer dimension of 24 x 30 cm with an inner image opening of 18 x 24 cm separated by an integrated black core mat that protects image edges and improves visual focus on the artwork. The construction is intended for wall mounting or tabletop display depending on user preference.

Advantages

The integrated black core passepartout creates a uniform margin between the frame and the image, minimizing glare and drawing attention to the central motif. The black finish provides a neutral, contemporary appearance that pairs well with color and monochrome prints. The frame protects edges from contact and helps maintain a flat presentation for photos and certificates.

Suitable for

• Displaying 18 x 24 cm photographs, prints or certificates within a 24 x 30 cm frame
• Home, office or gallery walls where a neutral, modern frame is required
• Presenting monochrome photography, color prints and small posters with a museum-style border

When it may not be suitable

This frame is sized specifically to hold 18 x 24 cm images with the visible opening noted; items that require full-bleed printing or edge-to-edge framing will not be fully supported. It is also not intended for very heavy or oversized works — use a larger or reinforced frame for bigger formats.

Key specifications

• Outer frame dimensions: 24 x 30 cm
• Visible image opening: 18 x 24 cm
• Passepartout: integrated black core mat for a clean border
• Finish: black frame and black core
• Mounting: suitable for wall hanging and tabletop placement (depends on included fittings)

How to use

Place the 18 x 24 cm print or photograph behind the passepartout opening so the edges align with the visible image area. Secure the back panel according to the frame’s closing mechanism, then choose a mounting option: attach hanging hardware for vertical or horizontal wall display or position the frame on a table or shelf if a support stand is provided. Clean the front surface with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust before inserting the artwork.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm your image or print size is 18 x 24 cm to fit the visible opening
• Decide whether the black frame and black core match your artwork and interior palette
• Check whether hanging fittings or a tabletop stand are included if you need a specific mounting option

Usage recommendations

Use acid-free mounting tape or photo corners to secure originals and prevent damage; avoid placing the frame in direct sunlight for prolonged periods to reduce fading of mounted prints.
